Sidner Abstract A Collaborative User Experience Technical Report: more about CUE... Many email users, especially managers, receive too many email messages to read in the time available to them. The solutions available today often require programming skills on the part of the user to define rules for prioritizing messages or moving messages to folders. We propose a different approach: provide an inbox with several distinct categories of interest. These categories result from the use of a set of general rules that are pre-defined and which can be customized by individual users.
