Aichin Chung received an honors B.A.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2000 and a M.A.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2003.
Aichin joined IBM in May 2004, as a member of the Mixed Signal Communications IC Design group at the T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY. Her current focus is on high speed circuit design for I/O backplanes, and the development and support of custom EDA tools for advanced technology designs. She is actively involved in the Watson Women’s Network and the IBM Westchester Toastmasters Club. She also volunteers with the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Aichin was the recipient of the 2003 BiCMOS/Bipolar Circuits and Technology Meeting Outstanding Student Paper Award.
