Vice President On Demand Innovation Services
Prior to joining Research, Kennelly was vice president, Sell & Support Solutions, Business Consulting Services. In this position, she led teams that advised and assisted clients in planning for and implementing customer relationship management solutions to improve the sales, marketing and customer service business processes.
Kennelly joined IBM in 1977 as a systems engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has held a variety of positions in sales, sales management, and finance. In Global Services, she was a senior project executive in the strategic outsourcing division in 1995 and moved into Business Innovation Services (now known as Business Consulting Services) in 1997 as practice executive.
Kennelly is also actively involved in several community organizations including the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Executive Club of Chicago, and Menttium 100, a mentoring program for female executives. She received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia.
