Strong interaction networks improve service delivery

The way we interact with each other through e-mail or on the phone has a lot to say about how raw materials and finished products ultimately get transferred from one country to another.

Vinayaka Pandit is part of a team at the IBM India Research Laboratory in Delhi that is discovering patterns in people to people interactions that will help companies ultimately expand operations and increase revenue.
