I am a Research Staff Member in the Autonomic Storage Management group at IBM Almaden Research Center. In May 2007, I graduated with a PhD in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, where I worked with Prof. Ling Liu in the Distributed Data Intensive Systems (DISL) lab. I also have a graduate certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Georgia Tech College of Management. Earlier in 2002, I graduated with a bachelors in CS from IIT Bombay, where I worked with Prof. Krithi Ramamritham.
My research interests are broadly in the area of systems, with primary focus on storage systems and distributed systems. I am especially interested in integrated systems management and security-&-privacy issues arising in large scale enterprise environments. I also have a peripheral interest in SIP and Voice-over-IP (VoIP).
