Research lab: Watson Research Center (Yorktown)
I am 33 years old. I defended my PhD thesis in Computer Science in April 1998 on “A parallel model for automatic speaker recognition” at the University of Avignon (France). Then I spent one and a half year at IMT (Switzerland) as an associate researcher working on M2VTS European project (Multimodal Person Authentication). Since September 1999 I am an associate professor in Computer Science at the University Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, France). I am currently invited scientist at IBM Watson Research Center working on Speech to Speech Translation projects.
