Research lab: Watson Research Center (Hawthorne)
Arun Iyengar does research and development into Web performance, parallel processing, capacity planning, distributed computing, and storage at IBM's T.J. Watson Research Center. His work has been incorporated into several products (by IBM and other companies) as well as commonly used open source software and improved performance at many highly accessed Web sites serving significant dynamic content.
