Dr. Rohit Lotlikar is a Research Staff Member at the IBM India Reserach Lab-Services Innovation Research Center in Bangalore, India where is he part of the Analytics and Optimization group. Rohit is an expert in the areas machine learning, data mining and image processing. Currently he works on Workforce Optimization and Operational Risk Analysis in the context of IBM's Global Services Business. Earlier he has worked in text analytics, policy based autonomic computing, consumer risk management and video encryption and delivery. Rohit obtained his PhD degree from the University of Cincinnati specializing in pattern recognition and machine learning. He obtained his masters and undergraduate degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
