Research lab: Watson Research Center (Hawthorne)
I have joined IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in August 2006, as Research Staff Member in Services Delivery Research.
My current research focuses on crowdsourcing, cloud computing, and on-line support services.
Prior to joining IBM, I worked as a Research Scientist at DaimlerChrysler Research and Technology Center in Palo Alto on remote vehicle condition monitoring and open telematic platforms.
I obtained my PhD from University of Cambridge for my work on Context Aware Service Composition. I received my MSc degree in Computer Science from the International University in Bruchsal, Germany, for my work on in-vehicle location-based systems. I obtained my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
