I'm Paridhi Verma, Communications Manager Internal and Executive Communications, Global Sales and Distribution.
Previously I was a Software Engineer in Computer Science at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, in Hawthorne, New York. I am the editor of the Research Brochure for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.
I have created new concepts for highlighting research work at IBM Research web site. Each month, the CS/EE/Math web-page provides an in-depth look at the most innovative activities within IBM Research on a selected research area. I am responsible for "Innovation Matters" research spotlight feature.
I also initiated the "Research author" feature. I have three patents disclosure filed.
I was the webmaster for the twenty nine computer science, math and electrical engineering disciplines professional interest communities of IBM researchers worldwide. These communities are modeled on the ACM Special Interest Groups.
I coordinate the Josef Raviv Memorial Postdoctoral Fellowship.
My personal research interests are in Network Security, Communications, and Web Development .
I got my Masters in Electrical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University.
I did my Bachelors in Electronics from L.A.D college Nagpur, India.
I was the Information Director for ACM Transactions on the Web journal.
