RANDOM MUSINGS

This section is a few (some incomplete) manuscripts that are random musings on some technical topic or other. Over the years I’ve realized that there are several threads of research that I’ve plodded along, but not sufficiently enough to encode into a paper as a finished piece of work. However, after a few years I’ve revisited the topic (e.g., SVMs below) and found it useful to go back on my notes from that topic. More often that not I would have to re-learn everything thanks to my feeble recollection and lack of notes. These are the lucky cases when I do have some notes….
