Amnon Ribak

Amnon Ribak's academic background is in CS and Linguistics. His past experience with IBM includes Computational Linguistics and Expert Systems, user interfaces for mass audiences, including customer-facing systems in the New York Public Library, the American Museum of Natural History in New York, and the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. In the recent years Amnon was focusing on Collaboration Technologies and Knowledge Management, and he is now part of the Routes to Market department at the Haifa lab, focusing mainly on Contact Center solutions. Amnon is part of the Research Asset Program Team.
