Segev Wasserkrug

Segev Wasserkrug is a research staff member in IBM Haifa Labs. Segev has practical and academic background in the areas of Operations Research (including optimization, workforce predictive models, and simulation), computer science, and machine learning. Segev has over 12 years practical experience, including five years in applying analytics to solving customer problems, specifically in the area of high performance simulation, optimizing IT according to business objectives, and workforce scheduling. Segev has been involved with the Human Capital Management (HCM) practice in Europe, which included, among others, work in the area of strategic prediction of human resources, and participating and presenting in HCM related courses. Segev is currently the technical lead for the work being carried out in the area of workforce scheduling, as well as being a research co-substrategist in the area of workforce management.
