I am a research staff member at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, where I work on programming models, tools and systems for pervasive and mobile computing.

At IBM Research I have worked on a wide range of topics, including a parallel processing system for video editing and effects (EFX), an extensibility system for the Visual Age C++ compiler, a Java toolkit for the CrossPad, and several application-developement tools including the Multi Device Authoring Technology.

I received my B.S. in Computer Engineering and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
