Starsky Ho Yin Wong was born in Hong Kong and got his Ph.D. in the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in the Computer Science Department. Before coming to USA, Starsky got a Master degree and a Bachelor degree in The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), also in Computer Science.
During Starsky's free time, he enjoys hiking, cooking, watching movies, tasting wine and playing PC games.
