OntoClean

  • Long tutorial (approx 4 hrs). This is the presentation given as the AAAI-2000 Tutorial on Ontology-Driven Conceptual Analysis, among others.
  • Short tutorial (2 hours). This is the presentation given at NIST in January, 2002. Includes high level overview, motivating examples of subsumption misuse, formalizations, and the animated example.
  • Adademic presentation (1 hour). This is the talk usually given at universities. Includes high level overview, fomalizations, and a short version of the animated example.
  • Industry presentation (1 hour). This is the talk usualy given at companies. Includes high level overview, motivating examples of subsumption misused, and a perspective on ontology technology compared to other technologies.
  • Short presentation (20-30 mins). This is the talk usually given at conference technical sessions. Includes high level overview, intuitions, brief formalizations, and simple examples.
