C. Eric Wu received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 1981, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Computer Science Department. Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, in 1985 and 1987, respectively.
