The Fugue-256 code tar ball version 2 for EBash Supercop , dated Nov 17, 2009.
This code includes SSSE3 and SSE4 implementations. The SSE4 implementation with Intel Compiler produces a throughput of 17 cycles per byte for Fugue-256 on Penryn architectures.
