Mirage: Virtual Machine Images as Data

The Mirage project is building repositories of virtual-machine images in which images are manipulated as data. We're concerned with scalability as the number of images grows and with support for managing images. Mirage repositories store images efficiently, keep track of the provenance of images, and support fast image updates and queries.
