Our value modeling tools and methods allow us to characterize both the direct (i.e. cost reduction) as well as indirect (i.e. increased customer satisfaction) value of an IBM solution. We do this by linking value drivers to Key Performance Indicators, which are associated with specific business activities and the potential IBM solutions in these areas. The resulting formal model can be use for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
