Alan Bivens presented "Autonomic Load Balancing with Workload Managers" at the Self-Organizing Grids session of the International Conference on Self-Organization and Autonomous Systems in Computing and Communications (SOAS’2006). This paper will be published in a Special Issue of the International Transactions on Systems Science and Applications.
