Services speakers take center stage

For 2008, the Services Research Seminar Series (SRSS) continues in its role as a significant vehicle for showcasing strong technical work in services research, both within and outside of IBM.
Since its inception in 2007, SRSS has hosted more than two dozen leaders and subject matter experts in the field of services research, including faculty from the nation's top universities and distinguished practitioners.
The Mission
The Services Research Seminar Series aims to increase awareness and collaboration in the many different areas of service research including:
- Service theory
- Service management and marketing
- Service engineering and design
- Service operations
- Behavioral approach to services
- Business modeling
- Business services
- IT services
- SSME initiative
- Service industries
