Employment application
In order to receive an official offer from IBM Staffing, all candidates must complete IBM’s on-line employment application. This is separate and apart from completing your profile and attaching your resume to postings of interest. Only after receipt of the on-line application, selected candidates will receive an offer letter via both email and regular mail. After they accept the offer, they will receive an offer accept letter which contains detailed information about the internship and confirms their start and end date.
Confidential information and intellectual property agreement
A draft of this agreement is provided to you along with your offer letter distributed via regular mail. Please review – and if you have any concerns about signing this document, discuss immediately with your manager. You will be expected to sign this document at orientation.

- For students under the age of 18, parental consent is required. If this is the case, please have your parent or guardian complete the authorization form enclosed with your offer letter, and return as indicated.
