To do this, ODIS combines a unique set of skills from within IBM to deliver greater value to its clients.

- Institute for Business Value (IBV) - Analysis and thought leadership on industry landscapes and current technological solutions
Getting started with On Demand Innovation Services One way to begin a partnership with ODIS is through a Business Impact of Technology (BIT) workshop. BIT workshops remove business executives from daily distractions so they can focus on brainstorming solutions to their business issues with the added insights on cutting edge technologies and solutions provided by our researchers and consultants.
Executives can attend these workshops at research labs in Hawthorne, New York or Zurich, Switzerland. These labs provide a focused environment where business leaders can discover innovative solutions to today's business problems and gain valuable insight into the technologies of tomorrow.
Each visit is tailored to meet each company's specific requirements. The agenda can be focused to address an immediate and specific need, such as value chain optimization, or can be targeted more broadly to address more long-term goals, such as increasing mind share by focusing on an array of emerging technologies.
Each BIT workshop has a state-of-the-art exhibit floor that houses 50 - 100 demonstrations of select research prototypes, strategic product offerings and integrated solutions, all examples of IBM's end-to-end solutions story. The BITs are conveniently located near major airports and provide all the amenities needed: executive-level briefing facilities, professional services and high-quality catering. Whether your issues are related to innovation, infrastructure or integration, the BITs can demonstrate IBM's ability to deliver the solutions that your company needs.
